Hi Class of 1998!
I thought putting up a website would be a great way to send my 'hello!' to everyone who is excited about the reunion. I can absolutely not believe it has been 10 years since we left those circled halls of Brighton High.
I was looking forward to attending the reunion, but unfortunately, I will not be attending. Never fear though, I'll be celebrating. I will be celebrating my first night as Dr. O'Rourke! Saturday, August 9th is my doctoral hooding ceremony, so if you need me... I'll be here ... Jamie O'Rourke, Ph.D.!
I know where some of you are. Some I've kept in nearly daily contact with, some I always make sure to call when I'm home on vacation, and some of you I've wondered about as my friends and I flip through our highschool yearbook for kicks. Did you all know that asking someone to a dance via an elaborate scheme involving friends, parents, siblings, etc is not the norm outside Utah?! My friends Love to look at our yearbook and hear tales of long ago. So, if any of you who have wondered about me... here I am. I'll update the blog in the next few days, each update a brief snapshot of a chapter of my life. I'll start with the new and work back to the days of Brighton.
